Our management fee is 25% of gross booking revenue and a $499 set up fee onetime

2. How long are your contracts for?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

3. How much can my property rent for?

We provide an in depth free analysis by comparing other similar rentals in the area to give an educated estimate and use our software that analyzes how much other properties have been making. Once it's listed we then use dynamic pricing software that monitors the supply and demand of the market and adjusts the rates accordingly.

4. Where do you list the property?

We list on all the major channels including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia.com, Booking.com, our own direct booking website and can syndicate your listing to multiple other platforms but these are the major booking sites in Island Park.

5. What do you all do for management?

We handle everything concerning booking, professional photos, communicating, and cleaning for guests, dispersing funds, obtaining reviews, and coordinating any maintenance or repairs. You as the owner set up all the utilities and any monthly services such as grounds keeping, snow removal, internet, etc and pay for those. Any maintenance/repair items under $200we inform you of and take care of them and invoice you and anything over $200 we review with you and help you coordinate those items.

6. How long does it take to get the property set up?

Usually within 1-3 weeks depending if you're property is already a rental or needing to get set up for permits, etc
